What materials are the necklaces made of?

Most necklaces are 24k gold filled.  

What is the difference between gold plated and gold filled?

Gold plated jewelry uses electroplating (dipped) to bond a thin layer of gold to a base metal. Because of its thin layer, gold plated jewelry will begin to wear off easily and can't stand up to wear, water, or heat. The base metal will begin to expose, causing the jewelry to tarnish and is not ideal for sensitive skin. Gold plated jewelry can last up to a year if kept from water, heat, and wear.

Gold Filled jewelry uses pressure bonding to bond a thick, high-quality layer of gold to a base metal. Its thick layer allows the jewelry to stand against environmental factors and will ultimately last longer. The use of high-quality gold allows for gold filled jewelry to be safer for people with allergies or sensitive skin. 

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking it's best, please refrain from showering, sweating, and sleeping with your jewelry on. Although they will not rust, this will help your pieces maintain their vibrant colours and last longer. *Because the reaction between various metals and people's body oil differ from person to person, ntle.co is not responsible to return or exchange any items.* 

How long is shipping and handling?

Please allow for 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. Standard domestic delivery in Canada takes between 3 - 7 business days.  **Delays may occur with shipping** **ntle.co is not responsible for any packages lost by the mail carrier or any shipping services **

How can I track my packages?

Order tracking will be available once items have been shipped. Please check your email for a confirmation along with a tracking code.

Customer return / exchange policy:

For hygienic reasons, ntle.co does not offer exchanges or refunds for any products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Returned or unsuccessful delivery due to an inaccurate mailing address will be subject to a reshipment fee. Please ensure you have input your mailing address correctly - Refunds will not be provided for incorrect mailing addresses.

What if my order came damaged?

Please contact ntle.coto@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order to let us know the issue. Please include a photo(s) for faster processing time.
